By accessing, participating in, or submitting payment for EquityMantraa services—including but not limited to live sessions, webinars, written materials, digital communications, or any other educational content—you agree to the following legally binding Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”).
1. Educational Purpose Only
All content provided under the EquityMantraa label is strictly for educational and informational purposes.
No content shall be construed as personalized investment advice, financial guidance, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
Participants are solely responsible for their own investment decisions and are advised to consult a licensed financial advisor before acting on any information discussed.
EquityMantraa does not consider your personal financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance.
2. No Advisory or Fiduciary Relationship
Participation in EquityMantraa does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship.
No suitability analysis, risk profiling, or personalized recommendations are provided.
EquityMantraa is not registered with any financial regulatory authority and does not offer regulated financial services.
No communication shall be interpreted as a solicitation to engage in securities transactions.
3. No Refunds
All payments made for EquityMantraa services are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage, satisfaction, or perceived value.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed these terms and accept the no-refund policy in full.
EquityMantraa does not offer trial periods, prorated refunds, or partial reimbursements under any circumstance.
4. Disassociation Clause
If you are dissatisfied with the service, your sole remedy is to discontinue participation.
EquityMantraa reserves the right to revoke access, terminate participation, or disassociate from any individual at its sole discretion, without refund or further obligation.
Disassociation may occur for any reason, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, violation of these terms, or misuse of educational content.
5. No Guarantee of Results
EquityMantraa makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or future applicability of any content.
Market conditions, individual risk tolerance, and investment outcomes vary widely.
Past discussions, examples, or hypothetical scenarios do not imply future performance or reliability.
You acknowledge that trading and investing involve risk, and you assume full responsibility for any financial decisions made.
6. Participant Conduct
You agree to:

Refrain from sharing proprietary content without written permission.
Maintain respectful and professional conduct in all interactions.
Not record, redistribute, or republish any content without explicit authorization.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided under the EquityMantraa label is proprietary and protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of materials may result in termination of access and legal action.
You may not claim ownership or authorship of any content provided.
8. Limitation of Liability

Any technical interruptions, delays, or outages related to service delivery.
Any third-party actions, including those of brokers, platforms, or financial institutions.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the provider of EquityMantraa and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Privacy and Data Usage
EquityMantraa respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
By participating in the service, you consent to the collection and limited use of your name, email address, and phone number solely for administrative, transactional, and communication purposes.
Your information will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or to fulfill service-related functions.
EquityMantraa may retain your contact information for recordkeeping, audit compliance, and future service updates unless you explicitly request removal.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the administrator, subject to legal and operational constraints.
All communications are conducted via secure platforms (e.g., equitymantraa.com, WhatsApp, Google Forms, email), but EquityMantraa cannot guarantee absolute data security and is not liable for breaches beyond its control.
11. Legal Entity and Payment Structure
EquityMantraa is a notional label used solely to distinguish the educational content and services offered by v2 services llc, a Pennsylvania limited liability company here after referred as 'payment processor' or 'pp' for short.
All payments are processed through our payment processor only. By submitting payment to the payment processor, you acknowledge that the llc acts as a payment processor and that all educational content is provided under the EquityMantraa label.
Any inquiries, complaints, or service-related issues must be directed to the contact provided on this website only or equitymantraa@gmail.com.
You agree not to pursue chargebacks, legal claims, or liability actions against for any matter related to educational content, service quality, or outcomes. Any sort of dissatisfaction is resolved via separation only by staying away and not accessing the content provided.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the provider of EquityMantraa.
No oral statements or prior communications shall modify or override this Agreement.
14. Acceptance
By submitting payment to the payment processor or participating in any EquityMantraa service, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full, including the Privacy and Legal Separation clauses.
